Delivery Information

www.boutique.simacanada.ca actually provides delivery service in Quebec province, with the exception of certain remote areas, and we may be expanding our services in the future. Please check our website regularly for updates, or send us an email, and we will notify you of any developments regarding this matter.


www.boutique.simacanada.ca uses several modes of shipping: Canada Post, courier or transport company (transport).

For some product lines, merchandise may also be delivered directly from a participating merchant if you are within 25 km of their store. Certain conditions apply. 

Parcel Delivery

Goods are usually delivered to your door by Canada Post, according to the regulations in effect in your area.

However, heavy or bulky items may be delivered to your driveway by courier or transport company, or to your backyard, according to the agreement you made when placing the order with our customer service. The courier will later call and make an appointment with you for a delivery time.

Transferring Property Title

Transferring the property title for goods ordered will be done once the goods are received.

Payment terms

www.boutique.simacanada.ca accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Some electronic transactions may require further treatment, in addition to the credit card authorization. A representative from customer service at www.boutique.simacanada.ca will notify you if further treatment is required to complete your online order transaction.

Why have I not received an email confirming my order?

The email address provided may have been written incorrectly, or may be invalid.  If in doubt, contact our customer service at [email protected] or by calling 1-800-363-0531, weekdays from 9:00 to 4:30 EST.

You should also add the email address [email protected] to your list of emails so that your reception box will accept it.

Finally, check your firewall, or spam filter to allow correspondence coming from the above email address.

Why can't I find my order in the order status?

It takes one to two hours after the transaction is done for the order to appear in "order status".  If you cannot find your order, it is possible that it was not completed on the website. At the end of your online order, the last page will indicate your order confirmation number and a confirmation of the order. You will also receive a confirmation of the order by email.
